Wheel Refurbishment

Powdercoated finish – £80 per wheel
Diamond turned finish – £125 per wheel

  • Tyres are removed from the wheels prior to any work being carried out.
  • The wheels are chemically stripped using an acid dip process to remove old paint, lacquer, and corrosion. They are then thoroughly cleaned and shot blasted to create a clean, keyed surface for maximum powder coat adhesion.
  • Any kerb damage, corrosion pitting, or surface imperfections are professionally repaired before refinishing.
  • The wheels are oven baked to remove trapped gases and moisture from the metal. This prevents defects in the final finish and ensures durability.
  • A high-quality powder coat is then applied and cured in an oven for a strong, long-lasting finish.
  • For diamond cut finishes, the wheel is precision machined on a specialist lathe after powder coating to achieve the required metallic cut surface.
  • Finally, the wheels are lacquered for protection and durability.
  • Your existing tyres, or new tyres if required, are then fitted and balanced to complete the process.
  • Ceramic coating highly recommend after this while the wheels are clean.
